CreativeGym is a people centred development program that unlocks and harnesses individual and group creativity to bring about greater workplace wellness through personal, team and organisational development and progression.

Engagement, in a multi-layered creative practice, participants create a team mural / artworks bringing to life a goal, be that a mission statement, shared value, ethos, strategy or simply a fun and fulfilling experience.

Our vision is to deliver an innovative and practical learning experience which builds confidence, communication and collaboration through creativity.

The team will work individually to form, develop and express their ideas and then come together to give and take advice, to assess, critique and explore these ideas. From there they will cohese these ideas collaboratively by consensus into a single unique and original painting.

It is this process which separates us from other teambuilding events as it allows for the individual and collective voice of the team to be expressed, explored and defined.

It helps to develop creative thinking processes, build effective communication and collaboration skills and improve teamwork among employees / collegues which is crucial to business and personal success through whole brain thinking and practise. On its own, right brain creative thinking and practise is powerful but when combined with left brain logic and organisation makes it a very potent force.

Art is an ideal flexible tool for team building and training. Our activities:

- are infinititely adapatable and can target specific issues
